Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, and I believe finding the right therapist is an important part of that process. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, heard, and able to be yourself in our session without feeling any judgment. I approach counselling with warmth, compassion, and genuine curiosity. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, and help you make sense of what you are experiencing, and support you in finding practical ways to move forward. I work with individuals, women, and couples who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life. I have a particular passion for supporting couples, including couples navigating conflict, infidelity, broken trust, and communication challenges. My approach is client-centred and integrative. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and tailor our work to your unique needs, goals, experiences, and circumstances. If you’re considering counselling, I invite you to reach out so we can connect, explore what you’re experiencing, and see whether I may be the right fit for you.

Throughout our lives we live an almost infinite number of stories that shape who we are based on the past, the present and possibilities for the future. We live through stories that are continually evolving and my work is focused on supporting individuals, couples, and families to make sense of these stories towards rich and fulfilling lives. This work encompasses a process of developing self-awareness towards identifying what needs to change, utilizing strengths that exist, and implementing practical strategies that can be used immediately making change not just possible but inevitable.
My main areas of focus as a therapist are in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, grief and loss, self-esteem, identity building, stress management, and life transitions. I look forward to our work together as we build the preferred stories you are seeking in all facets of your life.
